Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was delightful with clean and spacious rooms offering a lovely view of the lake. The staff was friendly and supportive, making my experience even better. The location was beautiful, surrounded by mountains and close to good restaurants. While the dining experience overlooking the Suwa Lake was not exceptional, the facilities were satisfactory.
I was thrilled with the spacious room that offered a lovely view over the lake. The cleanliness was top-notch; however, the outdated decor with damp and dirty carpet was a downside. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, enhancing my stay. The beautiful location with mountains all around, close to good restaurants and the station, added charm to my visit. The dining options were a bit limited, but the view over Suwa Lake made up for it. The facilities were well-arranged and contributed to a pleasant experience.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a lovely view over the lake. The service was top-notch, with kind and helpful staff. The location was simply stunning with beautiful mountain views all around, and the proximity to good restaurants made dining a breeze. While the dining options were a bit limited, the overall experience was fantastic.
I absolutely loved the beautiful location of the hotel, surrounded by mountains and close to good restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-arranged, exceeding the typical Japanese standard. The staff was extremely nice and supportive, making my stay welcoming and kind. However, the dining experience was lacking in variety, especially in terms of selection. Overall, a great value for money stay!
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were very clean and well-arranged, but they felt a bit old with damp and dirty carpets. On the bright side, my room was spacious and offered a lovely view over the lake, which was a big plus for me.
